Cameron Scully is a high-performance mortgage broker known for relentlessly fighting for his clients and executing at a level far beyond his experience in the industry. With a reputation built on discipline, urgency, and uncompromising advocacy, Cameron approaches every transaction with total ownership and transparency.
During his eight years in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic, Cameron deployed twice aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower with VFA-32, leading his fellow Gypsies in high-pressure operational environments. He separated from military service in 2025 and transitioned directly into the mortgage industry through the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, earning his license and going fully self-generated from day one.
In his first nine months as a mortgage broker, Cameron produced over $8 million in loan volume without paid leads, inherited pipelines, or call centers, relying entirely on discipline, systems, and relationships. His primary expertise is in VA loans, along with conventional and FHA financing, where he is known for structuring clean, competitive offers in demanding markets and guiding military families and first-time buyers through the process with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Cameron has served as a youth baseball coach at Churchland High School and Cavalier Manor Little League, continuing his lifelong commitment to leadership, accountability, and community impact.
Cameron lives in Chesapeake, Virginia, with his wife and high school sweetheart, McKenna. He is a dedicated husband who brings the same loyalty and commitment to excellence to everyone important in his life.
